Wicomico County Public Schools is accepting bids for the Job Order Contract - HVAC / Mechanical Services. The successful Contractor is to provide labor, material, freight, equipment and supervision as necessary to successfully perform an awarded contract. Work includes, but is not limited to: Disconnection, demolition, & recycling; Mechanical identification, training, commissioning, O&M; Inspections, startups, as-builts; Testing, adjusting, and balancing; Hydronic piping and specialties; Chillers and chilled water systems and cooling towers; Heat exchange and hot water systems; Heating, ventilation, and air-conditioning systems; Boilers, furnaces, pressure vessels, and hot water systems; Ductwork, dampers, exhausts, hoods, filtration, fans, and motors; Unit controls, EMS, DDC, pneumatic controls, and monitoring systems; Compressed air systems; Central and packaged HVAC units, heat pumps, roof top units, air handlers, VAV, VRF, gas fired units, etc.; Refrigerants, compressors, condensers, and coils; and Condensate drains, returns, pans.
