The County is seeking proposals from qualified Vendors to provide site and civil engineering services for the proposed development of Tax Map: 63, Parcel 140 located at 6022 Public Landing Road in accordance with the terms and conditions and specifications set forth in this solicitation. The proposed project consists of providing a permanent hard surface parking area in five (5) separate grass parking areas totaling approximately 43,000 SF providing a permanent physical vehicular barrier to delineate parking from other recreational uses. a. The existing parking areas extend approximately 1,300 LF and are accessible directly from John Walter Smith Road. Bonds required.
