The work under this Contract includes resurfacing various locations on various Municipal Roadways throughout District 3 as part of the Municipal Paving Program. The work includes: • Pavement fine milling. • Installing recessed pavement markings. • Adjusting and rebuilding drainage and sanitary structures. • Adjusting gate boxes and service boxes • Replacing cement concrete sidewalks and pedestrian curb ramps • Replacing HMA sidewalks and driveway aprons • Replacing HMA berms • Replacing HMA waterways • Installing stone for pipe ends • Loaming and seeding • Paving: pavement treatments shall be one of the two options below: o 2 inches of Superpave Surface Course – 12.5 Polymer over 2 inches of Pavement Fine Milling. o Rubber Chip Seal over Pavement Crack Sealing. Bidders must be pre-qualified by the Department in the Pavement - Surfacing category. M/WBE Participation Goal: 16% Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
