Furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and incidentals required to fully construct the building and site improvements. The work includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. Selective demolition. 2. Sub-base material, formwork, framework, utilities, interior and exterior finishes, appliances, and workable fixtures as shown on the Drawings and as specified. 3. Site clearing and grubbing existing vegetation, removing materials indicated to be removed, stripping existing topsoil, furnishing, installing and spreading loam and erosion and sedimentation control devices, removal of on-site debris, excess and unsuitable materials to approved legal off-site locations. 4. Perform excavation and grading, utility modifications, installation and drainage; installation of pavements and markings, curbing, signage, gates, fencing, bollards, decorative pavement and site appurtenances. 5. Fine grading loam, sod and seed, vegetation and landscaping, pruning of existing vegetation, sod and seed maintenance and establishment, final cleanup and maintenance. 6% MBE and 6% WBE Bonds required.
