Snow removal: Contractor to supply all labor, snowplows, front-end loaders, dump trucks, shovels, snow blowers, ice melt, salt, salt spreaders (hand & truck), and safety equipment needed to complete the work. Grass cutting: Contractor shall supply all necessary labor, equipment and materials to provide lawn care services for properties owned/managed by County Housing. Homes are located at scattered sites in unincorporated St. Louis County Missouri. The contractor shall, in a satisfactory, proper, and timely manner, as determined by County Housing, perform the services Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
