Seeking proposals from owners and/or developers for project-based vouchers (pbv) available under the department of housing and urban development housing choice voucher program. Up to 100 project based vouchers are available under this rfp. Proposed units must be within the jurisdiction of st. Louis county. County housing may award project based vouchers to more than one respondent. Existing units and substantial rehabilitation projects are all eligible for consideration. The initial term of the contracts to be awarded will be 20 years with an automatic renewal for an additional 20 years.
