This project will be completed as a direct one-for-one replacement. With that, there will not be a building permit issued for the work. UNR Project#: #24MNC02901 Labor Commissioner #: WA-2025-039 SPWD Project #: Not Required Estimated Cost Range: $40,000 to $140,000 Liquidated Damages: $200/day Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, Contractors Equipment (including any equipment for the job), Riggers liability, and an Installation Floater will be required. Builders Risk Insurance will be required if the award amount equals or exceeds $100,000.
