The Site of the work is located at Big Bend Needles 1000 Zone Tank Site. Located at 2455 Needles Highway, Laughlin, Nevada 89029 parcel No. 26421102001. The Work consists of demolition of the existing 480V, 3-phase, 4-wire Motor Control Center (MCC), and the existing PLC cabinet complete including their associated wiring up to the utility power metering. Demolition of existing canopy. Installation of the new owner furnished 480V, 3- phase, 3-wire MCC, the new Owner furnished Programmable Area Control (PAC) Cabinet, and the new Owner furnished battery enclosure complete including wiring. Construction and installation of an equipment concrete pad with a metal canopy covering the new MCC, new PAC, new battery enclosure, and existing pumps on site. The construction and installation of the utility power system up to utility power metering, etc., and the construction and installation of new PAC and battery enclosure all complete including their associated wiring. Systems must run in parallel until complete commissioning is approved for service prior to cutting over to the new system. Removal and replacement of cracked pipe support. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
