The "Project" of which the "Work" of the Contract is a part titled Bronco Automotive Tenant Improvement and is located at 8945 S. Bronco St., Las Vegas, Nevada 89139. The "Work" is described in the Project Drawings and Divisions 01 through 33 of the Project Manual. The Work consists of the construction of, but is not limited to, a tenant improvement to an existing building and site improvements. Site improvements include, new gates, parking lot lighting, waste oil tank, pedestrian ramp, and a new vehicle ramp. Interior improvements include, full demolition of existing office area, full tenant improvement of office area to include restrooms and data room, removal of existing overhead doors, removal and replacement of all hollow metal doors where shown, removal and replacement of all windows where shown, provide and install new vehicle lifts, provide and install power and data as required, new and waste oil piping connections, new chain link fencing, new millwork. Construction includes all administrative work as outlined in the Division 01 General Requirements and the following using materials noted on Drawings and Specifications: Existing Conditions, Concrete, Masonry, Metals, Wood, Plastic & Composites, Thermal & Moisture Protection, Openings, Finishes, Specialties, Equipment, Furnishings, Special Construction, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, Heating, Ventilation & Air-Conditioning, Electrical, Communications, Electronic Safety & Security, Earthwork, Exterior Improvements, and Utilities.
