It is the intent of this formal Invitation to Bid (ITB) to receive Bid Proposals from qualified Bidders to paint one hundred thirty-nine (139) RTC bus shelters and transit amenities that have fallen into a state of disrepair. There are 139 bus stops, with 139 shelters, 139 metal trashcans, and 139 benches located in various locations throughout the Las Vegas valley. Project consists of the complete repainting of one hundred thirty- nine (139) RTC bus shelters, benches, and trash cans to RTC specified colors and scheme, inclusive of all the necessary surface preparation, power washing, sanding, filling, priming, etching, and buffing. RTC uses an online bidding system and encourages its use to both download bid documents and submit bids electronically.
