The summary of work includes a turn-key project to include the replacement of the North Las Vegas Campus C Building Air Handler Unit 4 and Chillers. See Plans Bid Attachment 4 for full description. Summary as follows: The purpose of the project for Building C is to provide a new local central plant for the chilled water for the building and to replace AHU-4 with a new air handler with hydronic heating and cooling coils. The existing hydronic heating and cooling systems inside the building are connected to both a remote central plant and two temporary air-cooled chillers outside the building. The temporary chillers are to be disconnected and given back to CSN. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
