A. Contractor shall perform all Work and provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, engineering and supervision necessary to remove and replace two (2) cooling towers and associated equipment at the Henderson Justice Court. The project scope includes, but is not limited to, the following: a. Contractor Responsibilities i. Removal and proper disposal of existing towers, pumps, associated equipment, piping, etc. Coordination of afterhours crane service for the removal of the existing cooling towers and installation of the new towers. Crane and street closure/traffic plan must be approved by the City’s Project Manager in advance. b. Provide and set up of temporary cooling tower to maintain continuous operation. c. Provide 2- bray control valves in condenser piping at existing location. d. Existing tower stand modifications to match manufacturers recommendations, including all engineering. e. Transport of City supplied towers and equipment from 486 Gibson Ave, Henderson, Nevada, to job site location at the time of crane set. f. Alteration of existing housekeeping pads to accommodate new pumps. g. Abandon underground power piping on pumps and run overhead to match existing pump. h. Installation of new sand separator system including p Prevailing wages.
