The work consists of furnishing all the labor, materials, equipment, services, and permits necessary to complete the structural and waterproofing repairs and rehabilitation defined within the Bid Documents including specifications and plans and as identified during a pre-construction conference by the Owner, Engineer and Contractor Overhead, Vertical, and Horizontal Concrete Spall Repair: Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to locate existing Overhead, Vertical, and Horizontal surface concrete spalls, prepare cavities, and install patching material to restore damaged and deteriorated concrete section to original condition and appearance to the satisfaction of the Owner and the Engineer. Refer to Specification Sections 025130, 025140 and 030130 and restoration construction documents for specific requirements. Rout and Seal Concrete Cracks: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to rout existing concrete cracks and fill with new sealant. Refer to Specification Section 079200 and restoration construction documents for specific requirements. Remove/Replace Joint Sealant: Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, supervision, and incidentals necessary to remove existing deteriorated joint sealants, cleaning joints, and replacing with new sealant. Refer to Specification Section 079200 and restoration construction documents for specific requirements. Pressure Wash Garage Floor, Ceiling, and Walls: Contractor shall remove all trash, debris, sand, and loose materials, and use high pressure hot water and wash-down garage surfaces. Care must be taken to avoid damage of sealants and coatings with high pressure water jets. Contractor shall start from the top level and work down. All pressure w Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
