Scheduled and emergency removal work will consist of, but is not limited to, the removal of a complete transit shelter or BRT station assembly and associated amenities, such as; bench(es), trashcan(s), monument(s), blade sign(s), standalone lights, bike racks, bollards and sign pole(s) etc. Work also includes removal or flush cut grinding of existing bolts and telespar poles or using a hammer to drive the remaining anchor(s), to one quarter inch below existing surface and using an approved epoxy compound or quikcrete as required by the Jurisdiction Having Authority (JHA) where the bus stop is located such as sidewalk, curb and retaining wall repairs due to the site accident. Concrete finishes must match existing surface finishes. Shelter installations will consist of but are not limited to: the transportation of shelter from RTC yard to bus stop site, unload shelter, mark installation holes, drill holes, place shelter and amenities, and secure with authorized anchor bolts.
