Scope of Work shall include, but not be limited to, site demolition, earthwork, paving and striping, dewatering, site utilities, structural and site concrete, rebar, chain-link fencing, landscaping, structural and misc. steel, rough carpentry, casework, waterproofing, insulation, metal panels, single ply roofing, firestopping, joint sealants, doors and hardware, overhead doors, aluminum storefronts and glazing, metal stud framing, drywall, acoustic ceilings, resilient flooring, carpet flooring, painting, signage, wall and door protection, FRP, toilet accessories, fire extinguishers, metal lockers, metal storage shelving, facility fall protection, equipment, fire sprinkler systems, plumbing, HVAC systems, and electrical systems. Bid documents will be available to prequalified trade partners on, or near, Monday, April 7, 2025. Vendors who have not completed and submitted a prequalification by Thursday, March 27, 2025, will NOT be eligible to bid on this project. Prequalification Due Date: Thursday, March 27, 2025 Prequalification Due Time: 2:00 PM Prevailing wages.
