The Township of Egg Harbor is seeking an upgrade to its building department location for a more secure environment. The location will be at the Township Municipal Building located at 3515 Bargaintown Road, Egg Harbor Township, NJ 08234. Work involves: a. Specifications and cost for work to be done at EHT Building Department located in Egg Harbor Township, New Jersey for Egg Harbor Township. b. Remove existing casework and front counter. c. Remove all construction debris from premises. d. Frame right side of service area counter to prep for new door installation. e. Install new casework across entire front of service area following the existing footprint. f. Edges and face of casework will be laminated with Wilsonart - Carbon Mesh #4880-38. g. Interior of casework will be white melamine. h. Counter tops will be solid surface Wilsonart – Night Stars #9105CS. i. Left side of service area will be 32” high. j. Install new 3068 door on right side of service area. k. Finish door and frame to match existing doors. l. Install new cove base. m. Install new service window across entire counter top. n. All products to be supplied and accompanying manufacturer warranties to be provided to the Township. o. This project will be subject to the New Jersey prevailing wage laws, all bidders are to possess and show proof of New Jersey Public Works Contractor Registration. p. Project is to be turnkey. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
