The Township of Egg Harbor is seeking a basin maintenance and cutting vendor for its basins within the Township. The purpose is to provide the residents of Egg Harbor Township with regularly maintained, aesthetically appearing drainage basins and transition areas that help to enhance the property values and quality of life for those homeowners residing in proximity to the municipally maintained properties. There are 2 categories of properties requiring different intervals and levels of service. Category (1) includes 79 municipally maintained properties that are primarily retention basins located in or near neighborhoods that are directly affected by the appearance of the retention basins and must be maintained as such. Category (2) includes 26 municipally maintained properties of various sizes that are primarily retention basins that will need only minimum maintenance requiring a “rough cutting” and trimming 1 time each (during the first two weeks),
