The Atlantic City Expressway 2025 Spring Resurfacing Program consists of furnishing all labor, equipment, and materials and performing all the work required to mill and resurface the Westbound and Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway including both shoulders. The areas to be milled and resurfaced for the three (3) base bids are as follows: Base Bid 1:  Westbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge) to Milepost 1.8 and Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 1.5 to Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge) Base Bid 2:  Westbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge) to Milepost 1.8 and Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 1.6 to Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge) Base Bid 3:  Westbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge) to Milepost 1.9 and Eastbound Atlantic City Expressway from Milepost 1.6 to Milepost 0.3 (McGahn Bridge). In order to bid this project, the bidder shall be pre-qualified under one (1) of the following NJDOT Class Codes: The bidder shall be prequalified at the time of bid submission.  Class Code 2, Paving  Class Code 3, Grading and Paving  Class Code 5 Heavy Highway  Sub Codes 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 3a or 3b. The construction as part of this project shall be performed at night-time. This is not a Set-Aside bid. The Contractor agrees to make a good faith effort to award at least 25% of this contract to subcontractors registered by the Division of Revenue as a SBE. Subcontracting goals are not applicable if the prime contractor is a registered Small Business Enterprise (SBE) firm. Bonds required.
