the Borough of Tenafly solicits bids for HVAC services at its locations of Municipal Operations. This bid award isto have provided to the Borough, all labor to maintain the Boroughs HVAC units. It is understood repairs and repair parts are invoiced separately. The bidder shall provide for six (6) inspections per year. The following has been changed to 4 inspections per year: • Major heating inspections with filter change. • Minor heating inspections with filter change • Major cooling inspection with filter and belt change • Minor cooling inspections with filter change. This bid is solely for the maintenance, inspection and emergency repair rates for the Boroughs equipment. This procurement does not cover electrical, gas, water drainage, refrigerant or balancing of systems in the facility. See attached for list of facilities and equipment and detailed requirements. Prevailing wages.
