The Borough of Tenafly, NJ solicits proposals for electrical services provided by a NJ licensed electrician. The Borough of Tenafly requires an electrician to provide electrical services on an as- needed basis. This is defined as work consisting of general electrical service in and for the Borough of Tenafly. The bidder must be able to provide service to all Borough departments for work including but not limited to: • Installation of utility poles • Installation and maintenance of area lighting • Installation of underground utilities. • Interior electrical modifications, installation and repair r • Installation of new services to Town facilities • Service, installation, or coordination of service of generators or uninterrupted power supply systems. • Other work at the direction of the Superintendent of Public Works. Bidder must be available for emergency services as required: • Must provide Director of Public Works with a twenty-four(24) hour contact number(s). • Mustrespond to emergency calls with a call back within sixty (60) minutes. • Must be able to respond to location of emergency within no more than thirty (30) minutes of being notified by Borough Officials. Prevailing wages.
