Provide proposal for the Closed-Circut Television (CCTV) system: all labor for repair or replacement of any defective or damaged CCTV equipment as requested by the Housing Authority of Bergen County (HABC) and/or Housing Development Corporation (HDC) on an "as needed" basis. The contractor shall provide in proposal for the Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) system: all labor for repair or replacement of any defective or damaged of (CCTV) equipment as requested by HABC and/or HDC staff on an “as needed” basis, which shall be considered all-inclusive, without additional cost of any sort to the Housing Authority of Bergen County (HABC) or Housing Development Corporation of Bergen County (HDC). Specifications and equipment shall include, but not be limited to the following: Cameras, lenses, enclosures, data distribution, UPS power supplies, Digital Video Recorder’s (DVR), Network Video Recorder’s (NVR), monitors.
