The City of Englewood is seeking a one (1) or two (2) year maintenance contract for its pools. Scope of work 2.1 Summarizing Service 2.2 Remove mesh cover was, fold and store. 2.3 Reset all anchors to sidewalk level 2.4 Mackay Pool 2.4.1 Pump out and remove all water and debris, 2.4.2 Pools must be emptied of all debris, cleaned. 2.4.3 Install pool ladders 2.5 Pump House 2.5.1 Reassemble e all filtration systems and related piping 2.5.2 Lubricate valves where necessary 2.5.3 Reassemble chlorine and chemical feed pumps 2.5.4 Start all systems and test for proper operation 2.6 Winterizing Service 2.7 Mackay Pool 2.7.1 Pump out and lower water to winter level 2.8 Pump House 2.8.1 Drain filter system and all related piping, 2.8.2 Lubricate valves and install non-toxic antifreeze where necessary 2.8.3 Blow out return lines and umbrella water feature with compressed air 2.8.4 Drain chlorine machine, chemical feed pumps and related piping 2.8.5 Remove all chemical feed pumps for winter storage and service. 2.9 Summarizing of Tryon 2.9.1 Remove mesh cover was, fold and store. Reset all anchors to sidewalk level 2.9.2 Includes one main pool (3,375 sq. ft.), one intermediate pool, (1280 sq. ft.) and one wading pool (628 sq. ft.). Pools must be emptied of all debris, cleaned. 2.9.3 Reassemble all filtrations systems and related piping. Lubricate valves where necessary. Reassemble chlorine and chemical feed pumps. Reassemble chlorine storage tank piping. Install ladders. Start all systems and test for proper operation. 2.10 Winterizing Of Tryon 2.10.1 Pump and lower both pools to winter level. Drain all filter systems and related piping, lubricate valves and install antifreeze where necessary. Blow out skimmer and return lines on pools with compressed air and install non toxic antifreeze where necessary. Remove all filter elements, wash thoroughly inspect for worn or damage parts, and reinstall. Drain chlorine machine, chemical feed pumps and related piping, flush with fresh water and drain. Remove all chemical feed pumps for winter storage and service. Remove ladders for winter storage. Install mesh safety cover with existing hardware. 2.11 Pools Must Be Operational By June 1, Yearly.
