The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists, in general, of the following: 1. Restoration of the historical waterway stream; 2. Removal of Existing Materials Storage Building; 3. New Materials Storage Building; 4. Site Work; 5. New Flagpoles with permanent Lighting; 6. Parking expansion & paving outside Gates including 2 Accessible spaces in front; 7. Provide Truck Block Heaters at Storage building Bays and new truck parking Spots; 8. New emergency generator; 9. Certifications and Inspections of Work. The Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. All bidders must be classified with DPMC with one of the following trades: General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009). Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified subcontractor(s) for the following trades: Structural Steel & Ornamental Iron (C029), Electrical (C047). This contract includes a goal of awarding 25 percent of the total contract value to a Small Business Enterprise (SBE) at either the prime or subcontract level. . Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
