This bid is for the replacement, upgrade and installation of existing and additional lighting at the Cape May Convention Hall. Work involves: 1. Replace the 16 Front of House Fixtures with LED Color Changing Option 2. Replace the 21 on stage fixtures with LED Color Changing Option 3. Provide two LED moving head fixtures on FOH bar (spotlights) 4. Replace the lighting control console to a reliable, modern console 5. Replace 6 dimmer modules in the dimmer rack for LED power 6. Upgrade the architectural system to allow for control of the new lights from the panels and touch screen 7. Install data distribution to control the LED Color Changing fixtures 8. Provide all cables and devices to make all of it work 9. Remove all old equipment and cabling and install all new equipment, save exclusions 10. Program the system and conduct initial training for the users. All bidders must be licensed electricians by the State of New Jersey, proof of licensure is a requirement for award of bid.
