Proposals are invited for Contract No. T100.580, which involves replacement of Structures E112.95A and E112.95B including removal of existing deck, superstructure, piers, and abutments, and installation of new substructure, superstructure, deck with associated drainage, reconfigured exit ramp and deceleration lane, replacement of the overhead sign structures, beam guiderail upgrades, and lighting from Milepost E112.4 to E114.2 in North Bergen and Secaucus, New Jersey. Bidders must be prequalified under Contract Classification 8, Heavy Highway, Rating Unlimited prior to the receipt of Proposals - see attached. The Contractor agrees to make a good faith effort to award at least 25% of this Contract to Subcontractors registered by the Division as an SBE firm. Subcontracting goals do not apply if the prime Contractor is a registered SBE firm. DVOB Goal: 3% Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
