The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for tree trimming, pruning, and removal services, statewide. This Bid Solicitation is divided into three (3) Regions (North, Central, and South). Please refer to Bid Solicitation Section 4.2 for a regional breakdown. There are twenty-eight (28) Price Lines per region. Bids will be evaluated and awarded by region. It is the intent of the State to award up to five (5) Contracts per region. Bidders are able to submit a bid for one (1) region, all regions, or any combination thereof. Bidders must submit pricing for all twenty-eight (28) Price Lines within a region to be deemed eligible for award of that region. This Bid Solicitation has been designated as a partial Small Business set-aside Contract for Small Business Category I, II or III, as per Section 3.8. The State intends at least one (1) award per region to be set-aside for qualifying Small Businesses. Bonds required.
