This Bid Solicitation is issued by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property (Division), Procurement Bureau, on behalf of the Office of Information Technology (OIT) and the New Jersey Public Broadcasting Authority (NJPBA). The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for the maintenance of land mobile radio and broadcast television towers. It is the intent of the State to award up to six (6) Contracts to those responsible Bidders whose Quotes, conforming to this Bid Solicitation are most advantageous to the State of New Jersey (State), price and other factors considered. The intent is to award up to two (2) Contracts for the Southern Region; two (2) Contracts for the Central Region; and two (2) Contracts for the Northern Region. The scope of this Contract does not include the installation of new towers. Sub-Contracting Small Business Set Aside - Categories 1, 2 and 3. There is a Small Business Subcontracting requirement Prevailing wages.
