This Bid Solicitation is issued by the Department of the Treasury, Division of Purchase and Property (Division), Procurement Bureau, on behalf of all State Using Agencies and Intrastate Cooperative Purchasing Participants. Quotes submitted in response to this Bid Solicitation shall be through the State of New Jersey’s eProcurement system. The purpose of this Bid Solicitation is to solicit Quotes for solid waste collection and disposal in all twenty-one (21) counties of the State of New Jersey. This Bid Solicitation is divided into twenty-one (21) counties, with twenty (20) items per county. Bids will be evaluated by County and Price Line. Bidders are not required to submit a bid on all counties or all price lines within a county; however if bidding on items 1-17, Bidders must submit bids for both secured and standard facilities. The State intends to award to any and all responsive bidders in each county who meet the techincal requirements and submit pricing deemed reasonable. Bidders must submit bids for both secured and standard facilities for each item they bid on. This Bid Solicitation has been designated as a partial Small Business set-aside Contract for Small Business Category I, II or III, as per Section 3.8. The State intends to award to at least one qualifying small business in each county.
