The Work of this Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes but not limited to the following: Partial demolition of existing floor for the installation of new receptacles, conduit, and transformers to power new security turnstile and adjacent gate and glass barrier. New partial slab on grade with vapor barrier and new floor tile and base wall trim where new electrical circuit trenching to occur. Firestop all penetrations. Repatch or repaint walls and ceilings where necessary. Paint whole wall where work has been performed, color to match existing. The Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. All bidders must be classified with DPMC with one of the following trades: General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009). Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified subcontractors for the following trade: Electrical (C047). General: Contractor shall have limited use of Project site for construction operations as indicated on Drawings by the Contract limits and as indicated in the attached. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
