The Housing Authority of Long Branch (LBHA) is accepting bids from qualified contractors to provide “On Call” Plaster Repair. The successful Contractor shall be responsible all equipment and labor required to perform the services requested. Mileage and travel time must be factored into the proposal; the LBHA will not reimburse Contractor additional fees for mileage/travel. The Vendor is required to provide delivery of the complete order of materials within 10 working days of receiving the purchase order from the LBHA unless other terms and/or agreement is arranged and approved by the LBHA.
