The Scope of this Project is for the demolition of the Multipurpose Building and includes: 1. Soil Erosion Controls 2. Site Protection 3. Building Demolition 4. Demolition of Site Improvements 5. Excavation, Backfilling, Compaction, and Grading 6. Disconnection, removal, and capping of water lines from private well water system 7. Removal and capping of sewage disposal piping. 8. Removal and Termination of Electrical Connections. 9. Removal and Disposal of Site Debris 10. Removal and Disposal of Demolition Debris 11. Removal and Disposal of Above Ground Fuel Storage Tanks 12. Removal and Disposal of potentially Contaminated Soils at locations of Previously Removed Underground Storage Tanks 13. Hazardous Material Abatement 14. Recycling of Materials. All bidders must be classified with DPMC with one of the following trades: General Construction (C008 or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009) or Demolition (C021). This project shall be bid as a single bid - lump sum, all trades. Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified subcontractors for the following trade: Demolition (C021). Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
