The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following: 1. All building construction, site work and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents. a. This project includes the construction of an approximately 50,000 square foot preengineered building with a mezzanine of approximately 3,400 sf and a two story approximately 12,000 square foot steel frame office building. The work includes all related site work, tree clearing and grading as required. The contract Limit Line is the limit of disturbance line shown on the civil engineer’s drawings. There is extensive site preparation work required. b. The foundation design for the pre-engineered building is a result of preliminary reactions provided by VP Buildings. The contractor shall provide FINAL reactions for the pre-engineered building selected and noted on the bid form. The Architects Structural Engineer will than revise the foundations for the pre-engineered building (based on the final reactions provided) as required to suit the pre-engineered building selected by the contractor. The Source of Funding for this Project is either wholly or partially funded by Federal American Rescue Plan Act State and Local Fiscal Recovery Fund dollars and adherence to all applicable federal, state and local laws is required. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
