Morris County, Department of Public Works, Division of Engineering & Transportation, solicits competitive sealed proposals from Architectural Firms that are interested in, and capable of, providing Construction Support Services for the Construction Project portion of the Construction of the Morris County Multipurpose Building at 500 West Hanover Avenue, Parsippany, NJ. The Consultant shall provide services and general oversight, which include, but not limited to: • Attend various meetings as outlined herein. • Reviewing work planned by the contractor, verifying that it is to be carried out in accordance with the contract plans and specifications. • Reviewing intended construction materials to be used at the site, verifying that said materials are in accordance with the contract plans and specifications.
