The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Partial rehabilitation of the exterior and interior including, but not limited to: a. Selective demolition. b. Installation of new porch decking. c. Repointing of masonry chimneys, piers, and foundation walls. d. New asphalt shingle roofing, built-up roofing, and sheet metal flashing. e. Repair of built-in gutters and installation of new leaders. f. Restoration and painting of all exterior wood windows, shutters, and doors. g. Replacement of deteriorated exterior trim and siding. h. Painting of exterior wood trim, structure, and siding. Paper bids will not be accepted for this procurement. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
