Rates for HVAC Services Technician (standard hourly rate & premium hourly rate) in addition to BAS Inspection Cost - (2) per year and one seasonal service of Centrifugal Chiller at Morris View (per year).. Successful bidder will be allowed 10% MARKUP on Parts, Equipment & Third Party Services, if not provided by the County, as approved by the Superintendent of Buildings & Grounds. Prevailing wages.
