The Borough of Madison is soliciting bids for Solid Waste Collection and Removal Services. The Contractor shall provide collection, removal and disposal from within the territorial and geographical boundaries of the Borough of Madison. The curbside collection of Municipal (10) and Bulky (13) solid waste twice a week in each of six districts (Monday through Saturday) for municipal only; residential pickup twice a week starting fourteen (14) days before Memorial Day and ending fourteen (14) days after Labor Day and once per week (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday) starting fourteen (14) days after Labor Day and ending fourteen (14) days before Memorial Day in each of six districts for 3 years. The disposal fees to be paid by the Borough. Rear yard pick-ups are done twice a week starting fourteen (14) days before Memorial Day and ending fourteen (14) days after Labor Day and once per week starting fourteen (14) days after Labor Day and ending fourteen (14) days before Memorial Day following the Zone Collection Schedule Plan unless enhanced rear yard pick-up is selected by resident. * Residential pick up once a week occurring on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday or Friday.
