Project Location: Greystone Park Psychiatric Hospital, 59 Koch Avenue, Morris Plains, NJ 07950 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: 1. Demolition of (3) existing office trailers, (6) storage sheds and (1) garden nursery shed in their entirety. 2. Demolition to include the cutting and capping of all utilities, except for the electrical supply attached to trailer unit #21, which would be anchored to a Unistrut support connection the existing utilities shed to the existing electrical service. Single Bid (lump sum all trades). All bidders must be classified with DPMC with one of the following trades: General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009) or Demolition (C021). Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified subcontractor(s) for the following trade: Demolition (C021) Plumbing (C030) Electrical (C047). All bonds are waived for this project. Prevailing wages.
