The scope of this project includes, but is not limited to: 1. Demolition, including the removal and legal disposal of construction waste. 2. Removal of existing landing, ramp, stairs, curb ramp, and sidewalk. 3. Construction of new landing, ramp, stairs, sidewalk. 4. Installation of new anodized aluminum guardrail and handrail. 5. Modification and new masonry planter. 6. Modification and repair of existing siding and installation of new flashing. 7. Sealing of new concrete surface. 8. Milling and Resurfacing existing asphalt paving. 9. Restriping of pavement marking including handicap parking. 10. Removal and installation of new handicap parking sign. 11. Site restoration as required after completion of work. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. All bidders must be classified with DPMC with one of the following trades: General Construction (C008) or General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009) or Concrete/Foundation Footings/Masonry Work (C019). Prevailing wages.
