The scope of this project includes: 1. New roof design for the sanitary facility at Swardswood Campground. Scope of work includes: a. Removal of existing roofing, decking, gutters, downspouts, flashing, facia, soffits, clear story within the inverted roof, and selective removal of roof framing to allow for a new, more conventional roofing system with low maintenance durable design. b. Removal and disposal of asbestos containing roof materials. c. Limited mechanical & plumbing with minimal disturbances of existing HVAC system and ductwork. d. Limited plumbing scope of work is limited to modifying existing vent pipes for the new roof profile. e. Interior LED Lighting and electrical panel upgrade. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. All Bidders must be classified with DPMC with one of the following trades: General Construction (C008) OR General Construction / Alterations & Additions (C009). This project shall be bid as a single bid (Lump Sum, All Trades). Bidder must be classified themselves or name their classified Subcontractors for the following trades: Plumbing (C030) HVACR (C032) Electrical (C047). Paper bids Will Not be accepted for this procurement. SBE Goal: 25% Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
