New Jersey Department of Transportation solicits technical proposals (one step procurement process) for construction inspection services for the following Project: Route 57 Port Murray Rd (CR629) to Route 182 Pavement Preservation. Project is located in the Townships of Hackettstown & Mansfield in Warren Co., NJ. The Project requires pavement preservation with a chip seal treatment on existing pavement of Route 57. The proposal includes a goal of awarding 10% of the total contract value to NJ registered DBE/ESBE firm(s) (either at the prime or subconsultant level). The Consultant shall provide the following staff to report to the State Field Manager on this project with the anticipated start date of December, 2024: • One Resident Engineer - NICET 4 or equivalent • One Road Inspector - NICET 3 or equivalent • One Road Inspector-NICET 2 or equivalent-Not Rated Bonds required.
