Location: Lehman College, 2855 Paul Avenue, Bronx, New York, 10468. The following Work is included under the scope of this application: 1. Removal and replacement of the existing waterproofing and paving systems on top of existing pedestrian bridge. No thermal insulation required. 2. Installation of new channel drains and leader pipes on the bridge. 3. Removal and replacement of exterior expansion joint covers on the bridge. 4. Remove existing precast concrete guard walls along edges of the bridge and replace with cast-in-place concrete walls including new recessed light. 5. Removal and reconstruction of exterior concrete staircases. 6. Removal and reconstruction of exterior concrete ramps. 7. Removal and replacement of existing metal railings along staircases and ramps. 8. Removal and replacement of exterior concrete slab-on-grade. 9. Construction of new concrete planter walls. 10. Repair spalled concrete with repair mortar. 11. Repair cracked concrete with injection adhesive. 12. Reinforce concrete with steel rebars and carbon fiber laminate. 13. Removal and replacement of existing sliding bearing assemblies at expansion joint locations of the bridge. 14. Application of elastomeric coating on concrete surface. 15. Removal and replacement of sealants in existing expansion joints. 16. Minor stucco repair on exterior wall. 17. Replace existing exterior light fixtures. MBE Goal: 18%, WBE Goal: 12%, SDVOB Goal: 6% Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
