This project is to furnish supervision, labor, equipment, and material necessary to repair & replace AHU-36 coil, blower motor, steam coil and associated connections at James J. Peters VAMC 130 Kingsbridge Road, Bronx, New York 10468. Motor will be supplied by the JJP VA Medical Center. The contractor needs to schedule and perform work during weekend hours. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
