The Office for People with Developmental Disabilities (OPWDD’s) Contract Management Unit on behalf of Central NY Developmental Disabilities State Operations Office (DDSOO) solicits sealed bids from responsible and qualified contractors to perform Community Snow and Slush Removal and Ice Control Services at multiple sites in Cayuga, Onondaga, and Oswego Counties. The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to, providing snow and slush removal and ice control services at OPWDD locations throughout Central NY. Contract start date (subject to change) 1 October 2025. No Subcontracting of services is allowed with this IFB without written permission of OPWDD. Prevailing wages.
