The purpose of this Request for Quote is to procure Asbestos Abatement Services for Beaumont Hall (areas as specified) at SUNY Plattsburgh completion by January 17, 2025. The successful vendor will be a New York State Licensed/Certified Asbestos Abatement contractor. All tests will be performed in accordance with any applicable local codes. The Abatement will include floor tile, mastic, and carpet removal. In addition to the abatement, two (2) gypsum board walls will need to be removed. Quotes submitted for this project are not to include air monitoring services. These services will be contracted separately (per Addendum No 1). Total MWBE Participation Goals: 27.30%. Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Business Contracting Goal: 6%. Prevailing wages.
