Dutchess County Water and Wastewater Authority (hereinafter referred to as “Authority”) will accept bids for Lawn Maintenance for fourteen (14) of their facilities located within Dutchess County for the 2025 season in accordance with the specification and requirements contained in the bid documents. The fourteen (14) facilities are located in the areas of Poughkeepsie, Hyde Park, Red Hook, Rhinebeck, Pawling, Beekman, and Pleasant Valley, NY as detailed in the attached Exhibit A - Scope of Service. Each site will be serviced a total of twenty-three (23) times each during the contract term unless stated otherwise such as the case with the Main Office building as noted in Exhibit A which includes 2 visits for this location only for fall leaf pick-up for a total of twenty-five (25) times.. Prevailing wages.
