The Work of the Project is defined by the Contract Docs and in general includes but is not limited to the following: 1. Fluid-Applied Rehabilitation Roof System; 2. Interior sub-floor rehabilitation & installation; 3. Plumbing fixture removals & reinstallations along with hazardous materials removals; 3. Removal & replacement of existing aluminum doors, door frames, door hardware & aluminum window systems; 4. Limited exterior masonry & concrete restoration throughout the building's exterior facade; 5. Alternates will be part of the bid package which should be referred to in specification section 012300. Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. MBE Goal: 25% WBE Goal: 5% Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
