The scope of the work consists of repairs to the existing SBS roofing system & flashings. Repairs to the existing roof consists of a new PMMA coating along with a roofing warranty as specified with the existing roofing manufacturer. Repairs include but not limited to: repair of the low roof RTU Roof Top Unit flashing using a crane to remove, repair curb and reset. High & Low Roof, prepping the roof surface by removing any loose areas and clean, remove perimeter coping, gravel stop; removing the adhered aluminum flashing at the perimeter, applying the PMMA coating (no priming required), applying a sealant after the coating and to reinstall coping, gravel stop. Alternates include Alternate #1 PMMA coating of the high roof. Job Location 851 Joseph Ave., Rochester, NY 14621 Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
