The Onondaga County Department of Emergency Communications is seeking a vendor to furnish, install, and integrate replacement 48VDC x 1500Ah battery strings for DC power plants at various remote communications tower sites located throughout the County of Onondaga. The DC power plants are used in a mission critical, public safety grade communications system and shall be of industrial grade. The required battery will be EnerSys Model DDmP125-25 VRLA Modular lead calcium rated at 1500Ah or equal. All requested accessory kits PVC connector shields, and termination plates will be provided and installed by the awarded contractor. The batteries will be installed at fifteen (15) separate tower sites with twenty-four (24) batteries per site. MWBE Requirements apply. 18% MBE 12% WBE 30% Combined MBE/WBE Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
