The City of Canandaigua solicits sealed bis to provide and install surveillance cameras at various location per the specifications. The City wants to add surveillance cameras to 13 new locations and to replace (or to add to the new system) one current location (#1 location on the provided map). • The project includes installing of the cameras (and needed equipment) on the poles and providing the connection for the cameras to the recording system • There are no requirements for the camera’s brand and the recording system • The new cameras can be connected to the current recording system, or it can be connected to the new in-house or cloud recording system. • The cameras and the recording system must be accessible from the Police Station. • If needed, Internet connection with the firewall will be provided to the Kershaw Park building by the City. (Base Station on the map) • There will be space for any needed equipment in the Kershaw Park building. • The proposal has to include options for ongoing support. • The City will provide power to the poles. • Proposal must include a timeline for completion and begin no later than January 6, 2025 and be completed no later than March 31, 2025 Bonds required.
