The Work consists of the following: 1. Replacing existing storm drainage structures and piping 2. Installation of new curb and drainage connections from 507 to 549 East Main Street 3. Concrete curb ramp upgrades to meet ADA requirements 4. Full replacement of existing traffic signal equipment, including installation of a 360-degree video detection camera and configuration of new signal controller with provided timings at 3 intersections: a. Signal # 417 – CR 67 (East Main Street) and CR 92 (Dunning Road) b. Signal # 419 – CR 67 (East Main Street) and CR 108 (Schutt Road Extension) c. Signal # 420 – CR 108 (Schutt Road Extension) and Trust Way 5. Installation of a 360-degree video detection camera, replacement of the traffic signal controller, and configuration with provided timings at 8 intersections: a. Signal # 404 – CR 67 (East Main Street) & Midway Road b. Signal #406 – CR 96 (Carpenter Avenue) & Wisener Avenue c. Signal #414 – CR 67 (East Main Street) & Garnet Hospital d. Signal # 415 – CR 67 (East Main Street) & CR 50 (Golf Links Road) e. Signal # 416 – CR 67 (East Main Street) & Quick Chek (Med Parc Road) f. Signal # 418 – CR 67 (East Main Street) & CR 96 (Carpenter Avenue) g. Signal # 421 – CR 92 (Dunning Road) & Gibbs Court h. Signal # 422 – CR 92 (Dunning Road) & CR 108 (Schutt Road Extension) & Wallkill Winning Way 6. Milling and paving of approximately 8,600 LF (1.6 miles) of CR 67 (East Main Street) from the Town of Wallkill/City of Middletown line (just west of Anthony Street) to just east of the intersection with CR 50 (Golf Links Road) a. Additional milling and paving at the CR 67 intersections with CR 96 (Carpenter Avenue), CR 92 (Dunning Road), and CR 50 (Golf Links Road). 7. Installation of epoxy pavement markings (stop bars, double yellow centerline, white fog lines, turning lane lines, lane symbols and letters, crosswalks, etc.). Project will be constructed under a single prime contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
